Will first came across Personal Rapid Transit in November 2006 when researching some transit issues in his home town of Auckland New Zealand. He knew nothing about PRT and little about transit issues at the time.
He read Ed Anderson's vision for PRT and was totally inspired by it, so much so that he determined this was truly a solution for the world. For this reason he resolved to put his efforts behind that vision. He formed a working relationship with Ed in 2006, established PRTNZ.com to build awareness for PRTÂ in New Zealand and elsewhere and has come on board the team at PRT International. Will has been a professional adviser for some 25 years focusing in his later career on organisational systems and development. He has led national and regional projects in the public sector in New Zealand with a focus on risk management and governance regimes. He is currently engaged in a senior role in regional economic and commercial development projects in New Zealand. He brings with him an incredible enthusiasm for seeing PRT in place throughout the world.
